My Pro Bio: A veteran entrepreneur, small business owner, professional sales person and improving networker, I am passionate about helping other's to remember that health and wellness is their responsibility. "If it is to be, it's up to me" is one of my many mantras. I am is currently completing the Primal Blueprint Certification course to more fully master the topics we cover here.
In addition to building my company on a daily basis, I am a business coach, Father of three amazing young adults, husband to a beautiful wife and the owner of two beautiful black labs.
